Cody’s Design Shoppe offers high-end residential drafting and design services. Specializing in custom lake homes as well as rustic cabin renovations, Cody’s Design Shoppe provides individualized attention with customer satisfaction. I’m Cody A. Pearson owner at CDS. My father was a builder and would bring me to job-sites since I could carry a hammer (likely to keep me out of trouble). Right out of high school I attended NTI. I have 16 years of technical and design experience, with 7 of those devoted to Residential Architectural Design. CDS opened in August 2020. I’m passionate about designing homes that people have imagined for them and their families. I love to take their ideas, make them buildable, within their budget.
