The Kontogiannis Companies | Kontogiannis & Assoc. | Colonial American Development Corporation. CADC was founded by George J. Kontogiannis in 1971 as a development, general contracting, and management firm. CADC currently manages over 4,800 apartment units in three states and 62,000 square feet of office space. These apartment and office complexes comprise well over $275,000,000 in building values and range from government-subsidized units to market rent, luxury complexes. Our Architects/Planners, both entities sharing offices which enables us to dovetail our architectural design with proven construction experience resulting in buildings that are most carefully and creatively conceived and carried out at extremely favorable costs.
