TBS Services, Inc. has been providing specialized architectural consulting services since its inception in 1996. Our primary focus is the design and evaluation of building enclosure systems. For existing buildings, we provide our clients with assessment, investigation, analysis, and rehabilitation of the building envelope systems. For new buildings, we specialize in building enclosure commissioning services, design evaluation, and constructability counsel – from the conceptual phase through the completion of construction. We have remained true to our heritage, while consistently enhancing our expertise in order to keep pace with the changing, and increasingly sophisticated, science of the building enclosure.
