CJ Aker is the founder and principle of Akertect Design LLC. CJ believes that the key to a successful project is commitment and communication between all parties involved. His background in construction and experience in architecture enable him to lead any type of project from beginning to end. However, his main focus and passion is in custom shore residential architecture. He believes that every project should respond to the site and environment in which it is located and he promotes that experience with each and every project.
