For the BBS staff, the first and most important step in any project – no matter its size – is to work with the owner to establish their goals for the space. Upon establishing project goals, BBS’s architectural staff goes to work preparing a Needs Program, working toward a functional design, conducting internal design critiques and ultimately presenting the owner a space to meet their established goals.
