HKM was founded by two architects and a land planner who shared a vision that building and site design are at their finest when design professions are integrated. We are a solution based design firm that seeks to address the bigger picture. The integration of Architecture and Land Planning is the key to our unique ability to successfully secure both client and community approvals. At HKM, we believe in a holistic approach. We consider how both site and building will work together, inform each other, and react to the specific requirements and constraints of the surrounding community.
