The Art of Access creates beautiful, inspiring, and innovative buildings that welcome everybody - without compromising anything. Founded by wheelchair-riding architect Erick Mikiten, we are the only firm in the US offering luxury design, multifamily expertise, deep insights from the lived experience of disability, and the code insights of a Principal involved in actually creating the building code. It’s time to elevate accessibility and inclusion into the realm of Architecture. Buildings need to work for everybody and every body: young, old, wheeling, walking, sighted, blind, 6'-3" or 3'-6". Our new definition of beauty combines the creativity of art with the science of accessibility to lift design to a new level for everyone.
