King-Scott Residential Designs provides the blueprints necessary to construct beautiful homes. We design custom homes, spec homes, existing home additions and remodels, duplexes, townhomes, and small apartments. We have designed over 1000 unique plans ranging in size from 2 bedroom cottages to 10,000 Sq.Ft. custom lake and mountain homes. We are very experienced in all styles, barndominiums to Mediterranean and everything in between. Bring us your ideas or allow us to design the perfect home from scratch.
